About Us - EAP Surveys and Dr. Warren Shepell

Warren Shepell We are a group of professionals with significant experience in the EAP field as well as in conducting company-wide and HR Surveys for a variety of organizational clients. We have combined our knowledge of providing EAP services with our knowledge of designing, administering and preparing reports on our survey results. We are also staffed by IT experts who have created, oversee and continually improve our totally online EAP Surveys.

EAP Surveys is steered and managed by Dr. Warren Shepell, who developed a significant presence in the EAP field by providing EAP Services through his EAP firm for over 30 years. Earlier, he worked as an Industrial Psychologist providing Employee Surveys on a variety of areas to companies across North America.

Our firm, EAP Surveys is owned by its employees, and is not connected with any EAP Provider. We are totally independent, objective and unbiased in our EAP Surveys and presenting our results based on your employee responses.

We are worldwide and have representatives in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, London, Johannesburg, Sydney and Toronto.
